How to Make Homemade Mayonnaise with a Hand Blender Step-by-Step

Creamy delicious homemade mayonnaise.

Quick and easy to make, and you can add your own flavors.

I prefer homemade mayonnaise, when:
– I can get a FRESH egg!
– I need a big amount of mayonnaise (egg, potato, chicken curry or vegetable salad).
– In case of need (off-the-cuff decision)

3 important notes before you start:

– Use a FRESH EGG!
– All ingredients are at room temperature.
– Serve immediately or store tightly covered in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
